Are your toys complete?
It depends on what it is. We try to make sure they are complete as the commercial photo shows but if there is an element(s) missing we will mention it in the listing.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We will be glad to let you know the shipping cost prior to your purchasing an item. We put approximative shipping cost be we might be off by the weight as we don't go to the post office for all our toys. We go when we know someone is definitely interested in the toy to purchase.
How long does it take before we get our order?
We are in Canada so it can take from 2 days to 2 weeks sometimes more depending on the shipping options you have chosen. For example ground shipping takes way longer then air shipping.
Do you combine shipping costs?
Yes! We do not want to make money with the shipping cost. The shipping cost is accurate plus the cost of making the actual box and packing materiel.
